El Palito Verde

El Palito Verde, is a Honduran folk dance type creole that was danced on special occaisions on a farm called Palito Verde, located in Trinidad, Department of Santa Bárbara, from which it receives its name. It was informed by don Justiniano Reyes and the professor of primary education Rosa Ana Fernández y recopilada and by Carlos Gómez and Rubén Ruiz of the Oficina del Folklórico Nacional.
